It’s hard to imagine Daniel Radcliffe in any other role than Harry Potter (I’m sure much to chagrin). But he eventually has to move on, right? I mean, he was in “Equus,” a play where he displayed full-frontal nudity. Yeah… “The Woman in Black” looks better. The story follows a young lawyer who is charged with sorting a deceased client’s paperwork. As he works in the isolated house, strange things start to happen as he delves deeper in the mystery. The 1983 thriller fiction novel is fantastic, so here’s to hoping.

I first discovered The Woman in Black when we watched the ITV dramatisation in English lessons. I remember feeling chilled to the bone by the ending, and all the way through I was completely gripped.
That was probably about 10 years ago, so hearing about this new film is fantastic. I also think it’s a great thing for Daniel Radcliffe to be involved with after completing the Harry Potter saga (much better than the Equine thing 😀 )
I’m hoping this will be as chilling as the ITV adaptation or even better!
