A lot can happen during 20 years. But it’s nice to know the more things change, the more they stay the same. Such is the story of “One Day,” where, after spending the night together on the night of their college graduation, Dexter (Jim Sturgess) and Em (Anne Hathaway) revisit each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives.
