As a sequel to the star-studded “Valentine’s Day,” we now have “New Year’s Eve,” another romantic comedy with an all-star cast, ranging from Sarah Jessica Parker to Zac Efron. In this installment, as in the last, the lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwine during the course of New Year’s Eve.
