Opening Friday:
“Mad Max: Fury Road” (R): Tom Hardy takes over for Mel Gibson and director George (“The Road Warrior”) Miller is as relentless as ever in this fourth installment in the film series about a speed racer trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
“Pitch Perfect 2”: (PG-13): The Barden Bellas (including Brittany Snow, Anna Kendrick, Katey Sagal and Rebel Wilson) return for more singing competitions.

HOME VIDEO
In stores Tuesday:
“Blackhat” (DVD/Blu-ray): Michael Mann (“Miami Vice,” “Thief”) directs this thriller about cyber-terrorism, starring Chris Hemsworth (“Thor”) and Viola Davis.
“Mortdecai” (DVD/Blu-ray): Johnny Depp stars as the debonair art collector and part-time thief. Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor co-star.
“Mississippi Burning” (Blu-ray): Alan Parker’s powerful 1988 drama about the disappearance of three young civil rights activists in the 1960s makes its high-def debut.
“Still Alice” (DVD/Blu-ray): Julianne Moore won the best actress Oscar for her performance as a linguistics professor diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s.
